Deadpool & Wolverine Cosplay Costumes & Makeup With Coloured Contacts

Get started with your Deadpool cosplay. To create the classic look of Deadpool’s mask you will need red, black and white face paint as well as white coloured contact lenses to create Deadpool eyes. @sfx_by_bry decided to create a ripped mask body paint which also included painting her shoulders to look like Deadpool’s suit. This amazing Deadpool costume body paint is very detailed. If you are creating the full Deadpool suit you may also need a bald cap to cover your hair and make a smooth surface for painting on your Deadpool mask.

@caykeface has taken inspiration from Deadpool & Wolverine to create this cool crossover makeup of both characters in one. This fun idea is perfect if you can’t decide which character you would like to dress as. @caykeface has made a tutorial video of her cosplay so that you can try out this awesome Deadpool & Wolverine makeup.

@rubymediamakeup has taken the crossover one step further by merging Deadpool and Wolverine in this epic cosplay. She has used the red colours of Deadpool in her makeup but has chosen the shape of Wolverine’s mask to merge in the Wolverine cosplay. You can create your own Wolverine wings by cutting them out from cardboard or foam and painting them. Ruby has expertly blended them with her makeup so that it looks like she is wearing a full mask. She has also added Wolverine Claws and Deadpool's Weapon to complete this cool costume. 

@mua_sophie_melville has created the classic split-down-the-middle cosplay makeup for her Wolverine & Deadpool Halloween costume. This amazing makeup is inspired by the movie poster of the friendship charms. Sophie has levelled up her cosplay makeup by adding detailed shading to her makeup to give it a comic book art style. 

Some of our affiliates found inspiration from Wolverine’s new look for Deadpool 3. The yellow suit made its movie debut in Deadpool & Wolverine and we are so excited to finally see it on screen looking epic. The yellow colour had the potential to not look as badass as the other suits in the movies but the team has absolutely nailed the look of Hugh Jackman’s yellow Wolverine costume. @charrar.b enjoyed painting Wolverine’s bodysuit and even went as far as painting a fake beard to match Hugh Jackman’s rugged look in the movies. For this version of Wolverine’s suit, @charrar.b has opted for White Blind Lenses to blank out her eyes and blend with the mask.

Cosplayer @wyvern_of _wales has dressed as Lady Wolverine in this epic cosplay outfit. She may not have featured in the latest movie but we have hopes that she will make it to the screen one day. For this Lady Wolverine cosplay, @wyvern_of_wales has chosen natural green eyes.

There is some debate about Wolverine’s eye colour since in the comics he is shown with blue eyes but has become known to have green eyes due to Hugh Jackman’s natural eye colour. Wolverine has also sometimes been seen with brown eyes. As long as you have got the iconic yellow X Men suit then the colour of Wolverine eyes is up to you.

One of the most highly-anticipated characters from this movie was Lady Deadpool and cosplayers wasted no time in recreating this character. For @riannashah.mua_’s Lady Deadpool cosplay she painted her face and torso with amazing shading to create a realistic Lady Deadpool suit. She wouldn’t be complete without her long blonde ponytail which Rianna added to complete her costume. This is another character that looks amazing with White Blind Contact Lenses or White Mesh Contact Lenses.

The Deadpool & Wolverine movie has proven to be a hit with fans of the Marvel franchise. This hilarious collaboration had fans of both the movies and comic books excited for several reasons. Firstly, Wolverine’s yellow suit hit the screen and secondly, Hugh Jackman came out of retirement to play his X Men character, Wolverine, again. Paired with Ryan Reynolds who makes an excellent Deadpool thanks to his flawless comedic timing, most fans agree everything came together in this movie to bring back a flavour of past successful Marvel movies.
