Krampus is the evil counterpart of Saint Nicholas. He is often depicted with horns and is half-man half-goat. In Austria Alpine tradition, Krampus punishes children who misbehave while Saint Nicholas rewards children who are obedient and good. While the Krampus tradition is most well-known in Europe where it originated, the character became more widely recognised after the 2015 movie was released. Since then, makeup artists have enjoyed creating their own take on Krampus with a Krampus costume and makeup looks.

@piperartistry has created an unusual twist on her Krampus character. When it comes to Krampus costume ideas, this one is very original! This talented body painter has used her torso to extend the mouth of this creepy Christmas creature. For the half-man half-goat, she has added horns and fur. Every detail down to the claws has been meticulously executed for an incredible transformation. For this Krampus, you will see the Red Voldemort Coloured Contacts giving an ominous red hue to his eyes.
